Code Enforcement

Bryan’s Code Enforcement Department works to proactively maintain an attractive, safe and healthy community. Accomplishments in FY2021 include:

• Continued proactive enforcement on weeds and grass, junk vehicles, trash and major debris, major corridors (dead landscaping) and land use (zoning and open storage).
• Worked 3,924 cases, the majority of which were in the above-mentioned areas. This was a 38 percent increase from the previous year. 77.6 percent of these cases were officer-initiated, and 20.6 percent were from resident complaints.
